All our products are entirely handcrafted with care and dedication. As with all handmade items, minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmaking process and are not considered defects — they are what make each piece truly one-of-a-kind. We kindly ask that you do not request returns or refunds due to minor imperfections, as this significantly impacts our production costs.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has a major quality issue that makes it completely unacceptable, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and videos as proof. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
